Brianna was born and raised in California, where she grew up doing gymnastics and cheerleading. She went to California Baptist College on a cheer scholarship where her team won nationals in 2013. She then moved back to Texas, fell in love with yoga and went on to get her Certification. Brianna began to teach yoga to kids with Austin Community College outreach summer program. She has a passion for fitness and health and loves to try and inspire others. Brianna recently started CrossFit where she has been able to learn how mobility from her yoga background has helped make her stronger as she pushes herself in strength movements. This has ignited a passion for helping cross fitters maintain mobility and flexibility.
Shelly is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience in Orthopedics and Sports Physical Therapy, with a focus in functional movement and performance.She began dance at 3 years old on the recommendation of an orthopedic physician to help with structural changes for her feet and legs. She discovered CrossFit in 2012 and enjoyed how the emphasis on functional movement and efficiency fit perfectly with her own PT practice philosophy. The effectiveness of the model also prompted her to further her CrossFit knowledge and obtain the CrossFit Level 1 and Mobility Trainer Certificates.
Devin was born and raised in Ventura California. He had been in the general fitness industry for several years before finding CrossFit the summer of 2013. One month later he was completing his Level 1 Certification and beginning his CrossFit coaching journey. He has worked with a very wide variety of people ranging from post surgery to Division 1 collegiate athletes. He is a very avid CrossFit competitor and loves to continue learning to better himself, but more importantly to help others better themselves as well. Be on the lookout as he chases a spot to the CrossFit Games.

Kayleigh played competitive volleyball through high school which kept her in shape, but once she started college and working full time her health and fitness took a back burner. She found a CrossFit gym in Houston after getting married which was exactly what she needed to get her health back on track. Once she started CrossFit she fell in love with the competitiveness and camaraderie. Her natural tendency to lead and her love for helping people led her to get her Level 1 Certification as well as her CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certification.
Chad was born and raised in the Dallas area. He played many sports growing up and earned a scholarship to play Division 1 collegiate soccer in Georgia. After college, he continued to play soccer competitively while venturing into marathons, adventure races, and Ironman triathlons. At the age of 40 he found CrossFit, and quickly fell in love with the competitive atmosphere, the physical results, and the community of friends and athletes all genuinely pulling for each other. With a lifelong love for health and fitness and a passion for helping others grow and overcome self-imposed limits, Chad got his Level 1 Certification and started his coaching journey motivating others to meet their goals and do more than they believe possible.
Larry has over 15 years of experience in Army Special Operations where he has utilized the functional movements of CrossFit in his everyday life. He has trained students around the world in skills ranging from marksmanship to small unit tactics. He has shared his passion for CrossFit with others since 2008. In 2009, he attended the Level 1 and Gymnastics Certifications. Larry saw the impact CossFit had in his own son's life, so he attended the CrossFit kids Certification and decided to start a youth program at Remedy. Larry has recently added GORUCK Special Operations Cadre to his list of endeavors, where his main task is to teach the leadership lessons he has learned serving in the nations elite units in the worlds harshest environments..

Ana was born and raised in Mexico, surrounded by a culture with strong values, tradition, dance, and music, which became passions of hers. She learned the importance of discipline, technique, coordination, balance, strength, and agility, all qualities used in CrossFit. When she moved to Dallas she began studying personal training. Ana has always had the ambition to better herself, to challenge herself, believing the motto that "if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you." As an athlete CrossFit gave her physical and mental strength and confidence. One of her goals as a coach now is to instill the principle that "the body achieves what the mind believes" in each of her classes.
