Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Remedy has a place for you. Drop-ins are available anytime so you can participate in one of our classes.

Once you have had a chance to speak with one of our Coaches you can schedule your Elements course. which will be your introduction to CrossFit.

These classes will give you an overall understanding of CrossFit methodology so you can be confident when you begin attending on a regular basis you will have the basics learned.

After you've completed your introductory course or tested out, you can sign up for one of our monthly membership packages.

CrossFit is a fitness program designed to improve endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, balance and accuracy.

WODs (Workouts of the Day) are done in a group setting where participants are exposed to a wide variety of scalable movements with a focus on proper mechanics, quality and intensity.

Built on the principles of accountability and encouragement, the goal is to prepare you not to be a specialist in any one area, but ready for the physical and mental requirements of everyday life.  

The constant variation from day to day will insure you will never be bored...but you will always be challenged.

Our programs are created to improve our members’ health and performance with an emphasis on technique and form, in order to insure the safest training experience possible.

As everyone walking in our doors has a vast range of personal goals and ability levels, our group training programs are designed with the flexibility to meet those needs.

Each day will test you in a different way, some days will be endurance focused and others more on strength. We apply research-based knowledge to practical application in order to increase  your overall fitness levels.
